Delivery Policy

The following is our Delivery Policy which forms part of our Terms and Conditions. 

1. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

1.1 We deliver our personalised gifts to all Australian addresses. However, we only deliver our bouquets to Sydney Metro addresses. We are working hard to expand our chocolate bouquet delivery service nationally.
1.2 Our goods may be delivered by us, Australia Post or a reputable courier company.
1.3 All orders to Sydney Metro addresses include complimentary delivery. Delivery to all other addresses incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

  2. DELIVERY TIMES

2.1 All orders are delivered at a time at our discretion (unless we have agreed otherwise). Expected delivery times for Personalised Gifts is 2-5 business days (depending on the location of the delivery address).
2.2 We do not offer same day delivery. However, for our bouquets, we do offer next day delivery and weekend delivery. We do not deliver on public holidays (unless we have stated on our website otherwise). 
2.3 Orders for bouquets must be received before 5pm in order to secure next day delivery. We will try our best to deliver the goods on the date you request for the bouquet delivery. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee that delivery will occur on your chosen date or chosen time. Your chosen date is indicative only. You agree that if a late delivery occurs this does not entitle you to a refund or replacement.

  3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST/DAMAGED?

3.1 If the items in your order are lost or damaged in transit, you will be entitled to a replacement.

  4. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

4.1 You agree when placing an order with us that you authorise us and/or our couriers to leave your ordered goods in a safe place at the delivering address should no one be home. This authority may be varied if you provide us with specific instructions to the contrary before your order is dispatched. 

  5. UNSAFE DELIVERY

5.1 If, in the opinion of our couriers, it is unsafe to deliver your order at the address you have provided to us, we will attempt to communicate our courier’s concern with you and seek an alternate address.

5.2 If, after we contact you, you authorise us to deliver your order to an alternative address, we reserve the right to charge you a redelivery fee. If you authorise us to leave the order at the original address our couriers deemed to be unsafe, you unconditionally release us and indemnify us against all claims where that order is, after delivery, not received by you or the recipient (if applicable).
5.3 If we do not receive instructions from you within 24 hours, we reserve the right to have the courier return the order to the original address provided and charge you a redelivery fee. In this event, you unconditionally release us and indemnify us against all claims where that order is, after delivery, not received by you or the recipient (if applicable).

  6. MISDELIVERY

6.1 We will only deliver to the address you provide us. You unconditionally release us and we accept no liability arising out of any failed delivery or other issue because the address you provide us is not correct or inaccurate or if your chosen delivery address requires your order to be delivered to a reception. We are under no obligation to confirm your delivery address or resolve an incorrect or inaccurate delivery address with you.
6.2 If you provide us with an incorrect or inaccurate delivery address it may result in an undelivered or misdelivered Order.  If we decide to attempt to deliver the order to a corrected address, we may charge you a redelivery fee. You accept that such a fee is a genuine pre-estimate of our loss.

  7. RISK

7.1 Once your order is delivered in accordance your instructions, risk to the order transfers to you and we have no further responsibility to you in relation to the order.
