Delivery Policy

The following is our Delivery Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions. 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

FOR OUR CHOCOLATE BOUQUETS, we deliver to Sydney Metro addresses only. We are working hard to expand our chocolate bouquet delivery service nationally.

Our bouquets may be delivered by us or a reputable courier company.

All bouquet orders include complimentary delivery.

FOR OUR PERSONALISED GIFTS/CUDDLE BEARS, we deliver to all Australian addresses.
Our Personalised Gifts and Cuddle Bears may be delivered by us, Australia Post or a reputable courier company.
All Personalised Gift and Cuddle Bear orders to Sydney Metro Addresses include complimentary delivery. Delivery to all other addresses incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
IS MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IN THE SYDNEY METRO AREA?
'Sydney Metro Addresses' are addresses in the following postcodes:
2000-2082, 2084-2107, 2109-2249, 2555-2560, 2564-2567, 2745, 2747-2751, 2753, 2756, 2759-2772

If you are still unsure whether your address is in the Sydney Metro Area, please let us know. 

DOES A SWEET GESTURE DELIVER TO BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS, HOTELS AND VENUES?

Yes! If the location exists, we will deliver there. 

CAN I LEAVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes absolutely. You can leave your instructions at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CUT OF TIMES FOR NEXT DAY BOUQUET DELIVERY

Expected delivery times for Personalised Gifts is 2-10 business days (depending on the location of the delivery address).

For our chocolate bouquet range:

a) all orders are delivered at a time at our discretion;
b) We do not offer same day deliveryhowever we do offer next day and weekend delivery. We do not deliver on public holidays (unless we have stated on our website otherwise);
c) To secure next day chocolate bouquet delivery, please place an order by 4pm the day prior; and
d) We will try our best to deliver the goods on the date you request for the bouquet delivery. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee that delivery will occur on your chosen date or chosen time. Your chosen date is indicative only. You agree that if a late delivery occurs this does not entitle you to a refund or replacement. We will communicate with you if your delivery will not be delivered on your preferred date. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If the items in your order are lost or damaged in transit, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

You agree when placing an order with us that should no one be able to collect your order, you authorise us and/or our couriers to leave your ordered goods:

a) for houses, in a safe and shady place at the delivery address; or
b) for any other address, in a safe place at the foyer/reception.
This authority may be varied if you provide us with specific instructions to the contrary before your order is dispatched. 

UNSAFE DELIVERY

If, in the opinion of our couriers, it is unsafe to deliver your order at the address you have provided to us, we will attempt to communicate our courier’s concern with you and seek an alternate address.

If, after we contact you, you authorise us to deliver your order to an alternative address, we may charge you a $35 redelivery fee. If you authorise us to leave the order at the original address our couriers deemed to be unsafe, you unconditionally release us and indemnify us against all claims where that order is, after delivery, not received by you or the intended recipient (if applicable).

If we do not receive instructions from you within 24 hours, we reserve the right to have the courier return the order to the original address provided and charge you a redelivery fee. In this event, you unconditionally release us and indemnify us against all claims where that order is, after delivery, not received by you or the recipient (if applicable).

MISDELIVERY

We will only deliver to the address you provide us. You unconditionally release us and we accept no liability arising out of any failed delivery or other issue because the address you provide us is not correct or inaccurate. We are under no obligation to confirm your delivery address or resolve an incorrect or inaccurate delivery address with you.

If you provide us with an incorrect or inaccurate delivery address it may result in an undelivered or misdelivered order.  If we decide to attempt to deliver the order to a corrected address, we may charge you a $35 redelivery fee. 

RISK

Once your order is delivered in accordance your instructions, risk to the order transfers to you and we have no further responsibility to you in relation to the order.
